MicroDose and Nexus6 Announce Worldwide Partnership to Commercialize the SmartInhalerLiveTM Technology with MicroDose’s Electronic Dry Powder Inhalers
MONMOUTH JUNCTION, N.J., and AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND, November 9, 2010 – MicroDose Therapeutx, Inc. (MicroDose) and Nexus6 today announced that they have entered into a non-exclusive agreement whereby MicroDose will be able to provide its next generation electronic dry powder inhaler (DPI) with Nexus6’s SmartinhalerLive™ technology built in. This agreement follows the joint product development program the two companies announced and successfully completed in 2009.
MONMOUTH JUNCTION, N.J., and AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND, January 6, 2009 – MicroDose Technologies Inc. (MicroDose) and Nexus6 today announced that they have entered into a collaboration to investigate the application of Nexus6’s SmartinhalerLive™ technology with MicroDose’s next generation electronic dry powder inhaler (DPI). Under the terms of the agreement, MicroDose will fund the development of prototypes based upon MicroDose’s inhaler platform and incorporating Nexus6’s SmartinhalerLive™ technology. MicroDose will receive an option for an exclusive license to the SmartinhalerLive™ platform for certain fields of use.
