MicroDose has a dominant and broad patent estate of both issued and
pending patents supporting all of its drug delivery platforms
MicroDose considers strong and broad Intellectual Property (IP) protection to be a key strategy for sustaining competitive advantage. MicroDose performs its own core research and development and aims to secure multi-layered registered protection for its technologies, products and processes. All of MicroDose’s drug delivery platforms are supported by issued US and international patents as well as pending patent applications; all IP is wholly owned by the Company. MicroDose, in turn, makes its intellectual property available to partners under appropriate licensing agreements.
